Project 1: Development of a retail store chain operation management system
Develop a chain store management system including the following features:
- Check inventory
- Compare prices and purchasing power among stores to make the right adjustment
- Forecast the number of products sold each week based on previously collected data
- Aggregate sales data by type of goods to make decisions to import/stop importing products.
Make it convenient in managing operations, inventory and making decisions on prices, importing goods. Improve revenue and reduce waste, keeping up with user needs.
