With more than 18 years of experience advising businesses on risk management, avoidable errors, and the way human cognition shapes decision making, Tracy delivered an engaging and practical session for HBLAB employees. The seminar offered valuable insights into how the human brain can sometimes lead people to make mistakes, especially when handling large amounts of information or working under pressure.

Designed as an interactive session, the seminar included audience games and small prizes, helping participants experience firsthand how the brain responds in complex situations. Through these activities, HBLAB members gained a clearer understanding of why errors happen and learned simple yet effective ways to reduce them in daily work.
