On Tuesday, March 31, 2026, 50 HBLAB members joined an internal seminar on Neuroscience & Risk Management, presented by Tracy Phayer, a lawyer from Brisbane, Australia.
With more than 18 years of experience advising businesses on risk management, avoidable errors, and the way human cognition shapes decision making, Tracy delivered an engaging and practical session for HBLAB employees. The seminar offered valuable insights into how the human brain can sometimes lead people to make mistakes, especially when handling large amounts of information or working under pressure.
