After nearly 1 month of training, on March 9, the CMMI training course at HBLAB ended successfully, marking the first transformation on the journey to conquer the CMMI Level 3 goal of HBLAB.
With the participation of core representatives in the production sector, the initial training course helps participants understand the general theory of CMMI and its importance in the operation and management process. Along with the training, a number of practical projects were put into the pilot, from which HBLABers had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with and quickly adjust to the company’s way of implementing projects.
Witnessing the change in mindset and working style of all employees, HBLAB believes that although the road to conquering CMMI is difficult, with the determination and synergy of the members, we will be together. breakthrough, reaching the top of the target in 2023.
