Customers have a lot of sales agents but no channel to track the number of orders & actual sales, lack of data to plan production and reasonable distribution.

## HBLAB's Solutions

HBLAB consults and develops a sales management app that helps to open more online sales channels for agents and helps agents manage their business. At the same time, the App is also a channel to collect real-time information for customers.

- **Simultaneous development of 02 apps:**

- **Pre-event Sales App**: In order to increase online revenue, predict buying needs with different types of gifts to have a plan to ship the reasonable quantity of goods at the event.

- **On-event Sales App**: Maximize sales at events with large crowds, minimize risks due to lack of sellers or crowding. Simultaneously manage revenue effectively.

- **Consulting additional features:**

- Event and venue management
- Manage suppliers and products at store
- Product inventory management
- Online payment
- Revenue tracking and statistics

**The online payment function** is specially designed so that money is returned to HBLAB’s customers and then distributed to agents according to their own commission and discount policy, ensuring loss reduction and accurate financial management.
