Challengs

The end user is a company that imports and distributes cosmetic, fashion, and salon products. They have a business model that involves selling and franchising their products to offline stores. They want to enhance their online presence and expand their sales channels. They also want to manage their products, operations, sales, and other aspects of their franchise stores more effectively.

HBLAB's Solutions

This system combines an e-commerce website for customers and a management website for the company with the following features:

+ User: we built an EC site in which customers can search, purchase products, view purchase history…

+ Admin: The management website is for three main roles: system administrator, franchise shop manager, and franchise shop owner. Each shop has its own private management screen that is independent of other shops’ sales. The management features include product management, order management, sales income management, customer management, revenue and profit analysis, and more.

+ Integrating into the core system:

  • Challenge: The customer had no technical background, so we had to communicate and redesign the workflow with them frequently to make the process clearer and more efficient.
  • In the working process, the customer asked us to fix some bugs in their existing website that was built by another company. We also provided them with consultation and feedback on how to improve their website. The customer was very impressed and satisfied with our attitude and technical skills.
