After marking its 10-year milestone in 2025, HBLAB entered its 11th year with a stronger spirit of growth, ambition, and connection. Under the theme “UP, Think Bigger, Act Bolder, Grow Together,” the 11th Anniversary journey brought HBLABers together through a series of activities that celebrated teamwork, learning, shared energy, and the people behind HBLAB’s continued progress.
The anniversary journey was designed around the spirit of “UP”, encouraging each individual and team to raise their standards, strengthen their capabilities, and move forward with greater confidence as HBLAB steps into its 12th year.
UP Power: Building Team Spirit Through Sports
The journey began in April with UP Power, a series of sports activities that brought energy and excitement across the company. The highlight was Sports Day, held on May 9, where HBLABers joined multiple competitions and team challenges.
From the HBLAB Badminton Championship to the HBLAB Football Cup 2026 and group activities at Sports Day, the events reflected more than physical strength. They showed teamwork, discipline, persistence, and the willingness to support one another through every challenge.
UP Skill: Growing Through Knowledge and Challenge
Alongside sports activities, HBLAB also organized UP Skill, a knowledge-based challenge designed to promote learning, quick thinking, and healthy competition.
The Online Quiz brought together more than 500 colleagues across 2 rounds, creating a lively space for HBLABers to test their speed, logic, and company knowledge.
Through UP Skill, HBLAB continued to encourage a learning culture where people grow through curiosity, participation, and shared experience.
Summer Trip 2026: Connection Beyond Daily Work
The 11th Anniversary journey continued with Summer Trip 2026, taking HBLABers from Hanoi to Quang Binh and Quang Tri for days of shared experiences and memorable moments.
The trip included interactive games on the train, a visit to the memorial site of General Vo Nguyen Giap, sand sliding at Quang Phu Sand Dunes, and a visit to Phong Nha, Ke Bang National Park. These activities gave HBLABers time to relax, reconnect, and create memories beyond the workplace.
The journey concluded with an emotional Gala Dinner, where members, families, and loved ones gathered to celebrate 11 years of growth and look ahead to the next chapter of HBLAB.
Continuing the Spirit of UP
The HBLAB 11th Anniversary journey has come to a close, but the spirit of “UP” will continue to guide the company forward.
For HBLAB, “UP” represents the mindset of raising ambition, improving capabilities, and growing together as one team. As the company enters its 12th year, HBLAB will continue to build a workplace where people are encouraged to learn, contribute, connect, and create meaningful value.
