On October 22, HBLAB was pleased to welcome a delegation from The Institute for Adult Learning (IAL). The visit facilitated meetings and expanded collaboration between the two organizations on global workforce development.
IAL, established in 2008, is part of the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). IAL leads in providing continuing education programs, linking top universities and training organizations to promote and support adult career development.
As a technology company focused on global development, HBLAB is honored to be chosen by the IAL delegation as an important stop to learn more about the work environment, company culture, and human resource development strategies at a globally oriented technology enterprise.
The meeting took place in a very open and enthusiastic atmosphere. HBLAB representatives shared interesting insights that helped the IAL delegation better understand the culture, work environment, and international technology projects that HBLAB has been implementing. HBLAB aims to build a continuous learning and working environment where all members can develop comprehensively, meeting the increasing demands of international clients.
