🌟 HBLAB Appoints New Vice President – Strengthening Our Ambition to Lead Vietnam’s Digital Transformation

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tago Tomonobu as Vice President of Strategic Planning & Business Development at HBLAB – a significant step in our journey to become one of the leading digital transformation companies in Vietnam.

Mr. Tago graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Tohoku University (Japan), and brings with him over 26 years of experience in executive and strategic roles across multiple divisions including Planning, Power Systems, and Information Systems at Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO). He also held senior leadership positions at top technology and digital transformation firms such as Hitachi System Power Service and Unified Service, while actively contributing to the IT community through organizations such as JUAS, IPA’s IT Specialist Development Council, and the ERP Promotion Council.

With his proven track record in strategic planning, operational management, and leading enterprises to success, Mr. Tago is expected to enhance HBLAB’s delivery capabilities and service quality to Japanese standards. His leadership will be key in strengthening our core business areas including AI, Low-code, Migration, and Retail solutions.

Together with our skilled and passionate team, Mr. Tago will help drive the development of comprehensive, flexible, and cost-optimized digital solutions that address the evolving needs of both domestic and international clients.

This appointment also underscores HBLAB’s strong commitment to building a high-quality talent base in Vietnam, while further promoting economic and technological collaboration between Vietnam and Japan.
